01-28-2006 Dear Read,I wanted to take a moment and write you this letter. I do not write letters like this often, but mostly because people don\’t warrant so much praise. I am a skeptical person. I am that way because of the many years of dealing with people who promise you the world to get your business, but then disappoint you by not providing the service you paid for.Moving is terribly stressful for everyone. Moving across country has to be the worst type of move. We had a terrible experience with Allied Movers when we first came to Georgia from Texas. We had broken belongings and extra costs at our destination. The loaders and unloaders were rude and lazy. It was a nightmare. I could go on, but I\’d only turn you from your lunch.So I was leary when I searched for a mover to take us back to Texas from Georgia. Georgia Pack and Load has an excellent reputation with the Better Business Bureau! You had references I could call, and you presented yourself as a true professional, not pushy like most of the others I spoke with. I told you what I wanted and you told me you could deliver (no pun intended). I was very impressed with your direct, no nonsense approach and the completeness with which you covered the subject during our meeting. When the loaders arrived, they were polite to my wife and I. They treated my belongings like they were important and my family like we were important. They were on time in Texas and did a great job unloading. The attitudes of the loaders and unloaders on both ends were a very pleasant surprise. We were very happy with our experience working with Georgia Pack and Load. I recommend your company to anyone who will listen, and would be happy to serve as a reference for your company in the future. Feel free to have any skeptics e-mail me at my address. It was a long faith by James and his team worked hard and got it done. And they did it with a great attitude, hard work, and a great sense of humor. I believe you have \”phase two\” of my move on the books for Monday in Thanksgiving week, November 21st. If possible, I would be very pleased if James and his team could be scheduled on that day. Hello Mr. Herrin,I would like to take a moment and tell you about the job your team did for me this past Sunday morning at Defooors Village Apartments. My family has been using your services for several years and my Mother suggested that I call you to handle my girlfriends move. She used her own moving van and drove it up from Florida this past weekend. She had to move quickly and had little help so the truck was filled with many small items, containers, clothing, etc. When your team arrived this past Sunday morning they did a supurb job. Because of the many small items and stairs I know it was challenging but they did not complain a bit and immediately told me they would handle the situation. Her and I both were both stressed and exausted from some moving we did on our own and your guys took a great deal of pressure off us.They were extremely polite and professional and I could not have asked for a better team of movers. I also appreciate the fact that you did not charge us a fee for changing our move date from Saturday to Sunday at the last minute.
